Main Features of the 4 Day Physique Program
A progressive overload strength style training with a focus on hypertrophy
Hypertrophy means MUSCLE BUILDING.
This style of training doesn't just make you stronger, and but it also helps you look your darn best (a win win , am I right?) and build physique, because hypertrophy training focuses highly actual visible muscles that form your physique , I'm talking biceps, triceps, glutes, quads and so on!
Whether you plan to chase fast loss, muscle gain or any goal in between, hypertrophy training is YOUR GO TO choice to get you there.
-4 workouts per week that can be done from home or gym (two upper, two lower)
-2 cardio finishers and 2 core finishers
-Home equipment : dumbbells (at least one set, but the more the merrier), a bench (that inclines), and resistance bands . If you do not have all this equipment you can still modify but at least a set of dumbbells is recommended.
-Gym equipment: Barbell, Dumbbells, Rack, Machines, Cable Machines. Substitutes are also given incase access to all equipment is not possible
-Workouts are meant to take around 60 minutes including the core/cardio finisher
-Workouts can be modified to be made shorter, depending on your time allowance
